Este tipo de competição é realmente desgastante, deixando os atletas em condições precárias. A recuperação pós-prova é fundamental. Não "acaba quando termina", há inúmeras ações importantes a serem executadas após a chegada.
This kind of competition is really grueling, leaving athletes in precary conditions. Recovery is very important. It doesn´t end when it ends, there are still uncountable important actions to be taken after the finish line.
